Shipping & Returns


Berghie Online does not carry items in stock at their premises as we would like to give you the most competitive price available. We try to update our stock item prices as often as possible to give you the savings you deserve. All orders placed is subject to confirmation of the price and availability of the product. Should it happen that the item you require is out of stock at our Suppliers, we will recommend a similar item for your approval or call you to discuss other options.

In the unlikely event of your order getting lost, damaged or stolen, we will send you a replacement order of we will refund the full order to you. Replacing or refunding your order is at our sole discretion.

Orders above R5000 will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery. Please do a EFT to the Banking Details provided and send proof of payment to the email address provided. Goods will then be ordered and delivered as soon as funds become available.>/p>

Delivery Times

Delivery will normally be 2 to 3 days after payment reflects in our account. Smaller items may be as soon as the next business day, but it can depend on the courier and the time the order was placed.

All our orders can be tracked with tracking numbers and we will notify you via sms or email when your order is shipped and the expected delivery time so you can be at the specified address to accept delivery.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes so please specify a valid street address where you can accept delivery of your purchased goods.


Shoppers are more than welcome to collect their purchased items directly from Berghie Online. There may be a waiting period of 1 to 3 days or longer if the product is out of stock with our suppliers. After your order we will contact you if your preferred method is to collect it from us with the date and time the item will be with us. When it arrives you will be notified via email or sms. Even if its sooner.


Berghie Online currently only accept payment via EFT. It is recommended that you wait for confirmation on your order and total via email, phone or sms where after you are welcome to make payment.

Confirmation email can be sent to to confirm your order. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received into our FNB Bank Account where after we will arrange for delivery or collection of your items.

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it to us for a full refund excluding shipping costs within 48 hours after delivery. Full refunds are subject to the following conditions: The Item returned should be unopened and in its original packaging with all manuals and other materials that was supplied with the purchase. Items returned should be fit for resale.

Opened Returns:

Consumables like CD's, DVD's, Software and Cartridges cannot be returned once opened.

Items that don’t qualify for a full refund can still be returned and will be charged at a 20% handling fee to return the product to the suppliers or the re-stocking thereof. Should the item returned to us miss some of its original materials or components, Berghie Online reserves the right at its sole discretion to add an additional charge.


Items returned to Berghie Online should be insured by you and all precautions should be taken by you to ensure that the items are securely packed in protective packaging to prevent any damage to the returned items. Items damaged during transit back to Berghie Online will not be covered; Berghie Online will not be liable for these damages.


All the Products Sold by Berghie Online will be covered by the manufacturers original warranty. Normally its one (1) year from date of purchase but some items may be less. Some items have longer warranties which will also be covered by Berghie Online.

Should your items decide to become faulty during the warranty period, contact us and we will provide you with the details you need to get the return process started. You will be responsible to deliver the item back to Berghie Online and to collect it once the Item has been returned to us from our suppliers or workshop.

In the event that the items purchased becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase or doesnt work at all after delivery, Berghie Online will collect the Item from you personally or via courier and deliver it back to you on our costs.


Any data stored on Returned Items given to Berghie Online for replacement, re-installations or other is the Sole responsibility of the Customer. Data should be backed up or stored on another drive before the item is returned or given to Berghie Online to work with. Berghie Online will not be held responsible for Loss of Any data on any storage device that has a hardware/software fault, stolen, formatted or any other means of loosing its data.
